What is your return policy?

We want you to love your look. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Are Kosas products cruelty-free?

Yes, Kosas is a Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we sell in countries where animal testing is required by law.

How long does shipping take?
